FMS continue to expand their portfolio of blue chip retail clients by sercuring a long term and exclusive FM deal for Laura Ashley’s natiowide property portfolio. Laura Ashley is one of the world’s best-loved fashion and home furnishings companies, and we are delighted to have been selected as their sole FM supplier.

After a fast track implementation, the Property Team at Laura Ashley are currently receiving cost effective and efficient 24/7 FM support utilising a hybrid of both FMS suppliers and a number of their own preferred suppliers, with all control centralised under the FMS management umbrella. Laura Ashley were also the first client to subscribe to www.fmscompliance.co.uk, enabling their PPM programme to be manage and reviewed on line, including remote access to all certificates and documentation.
